DELEGATE MEETING 1/04/08
Does anyone have anything of interest to report from the meeting?

Action items (approximate - extra checking up to you): Have all the cement/concrete on your building inspected by your maintenance company, fix all defects and get a written report of results (insurance CYA), keep residents safe. Buy spiffy building signs from Haskell Morin UCO. Tell Ted Silverman (Community RelationsCmte) if you know residents who are 100+ years old. Get UCO nominations in before next Wednesday. Plan for installation lunch $35. If dog problems call Animal Control 233-1200 Go to Termite Mtg 1/8/08 Go to Ombudsman Mtg 2/15/08 That’s all I’m gonna write …
