CHANNEL 63 LIVE BRIEFING OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT
Hi All, As I type this entry, the proposed Settlement is being briefed by UCO President, Loewenstein, VP, Phyllis Richland and Treasurer, Dorothy Tetro.
The way Channel 63 is set up right now-VP Howie Silver has to take the video camera into a special room and manually connect the camera to a special transmitter that is connected to the dedicated cable line that goes to the Comcast 'head in' facility. By activating the transmitter Howie shuts down the normal "feed" from the special modulators that show Channel 63 and replaces the signal with the video from the camera. At the end of the video Howie has to again restart the normal feed.
Unfortunately we do not have the automated equipment needed so Howie does not have to do this. How do I know all this? I had to do this process for him one time when he was away.
3:34pm all I get is the usual 63 to the tune of Blame it on the bossa nova. Wonder if it will rerun?
ReplyDeleteHi Elaine,
ReplyDeleteHopefully they will re-run it every hour at the top of the hour.
