Hi All,
I have received a call that Channels 27, 28, 29 and 17 has vanished from the lineup. You will recognize channels 27, 28 and 29 as our special HBO channels.
I have attempted to contact our COMCAST Rep. to investigate the cause, thus far without success.
My first thought is that this is storm related, so do not be concerned, it will be restored in due course.
I will keep you informed.
Please advise in the Comment stream if you are observing the same problem of missing channels.

I think it is storm related with comcast. I am getting 28 & 29 but 17 & 27 is messed up. This is as of 2:15

In a perfect world, "call COMCAST" would work.
The problem is that COMCAST is a very large National company and the generic Help-Desk knows nothing of Century Village and our special Enhanced Basic package.
There are a few Points of Contact that handle CV; two to be exact; that is why COMCAST is pushing to make our system look like their National lineup.
Normally this would look like a Starter Basic Cable of about 20 channels; with anything else comming thru a Set-Top-Box at additional cost.
So until these issues are resolved, call Dave is Ok!.
