ReplyDeleteThere has been a disturbing increase in CV drivers breaking the bar at the entrances to village. If people cannot stop and understand “down, up, go” can they manage tasers!

ReplyDeleteWhile I appreciate the warning we can't lock ourselves in at night and hover in fear. As in the day time one has to be watchful about where they go and always be aware about what is going on around you. Does anyone know that we have a sex offender living in Century Village?

The way to PREVENT "breaking the bar" is to have the OFFENDER and ONLY, HIM(HER)SELF, repair or have the bar repaired themselves, THAT DAY (at least, PROOF of the beginning of the process of repair)! FAILURE CONSEQUENCE - ENTRY DENIAL !
