Condo Assoc. Insurance value assessment
Does anyone know what value UCO has placed on 3 bldg. 24 unit Assoc. for Insurance replacement value and deductible purposes is ? Mike

He has all of the numbers, just give him the name of your Association.
By the way, Each Association should have a copy of their policy.

ReplyDeleteBy the way, STATE LAW REQUIRES an association to have an insurance policy as part of it's documents.
SEE STATE LAW 718.111 (12) Official Records..8. All current insurance policies of the association....
