UCO TELEPHONE NUMBER

What is the correct telephone number for UCO.

According to the February UCO Reporter it is listed as 683-9189.

According to Jerry Karph's column in February UCO Reporter

he states "contact me at our new UCO office's telephone number

The correct number for UCO is indeed 683-9189.

The number (683-5135) was used only temporarily over the move from Camden pool.

It is now a dedicated FAX number.

  2. Thanks my Guru David:

    In that case Jerry Karpf
    should correct what he
    wrote in the UCO Reporter
    regarding UCO telephone No.

  3. Thank you bloggers. I thought UCO was on strike, no one answered the new phone number. Karped again.

  4. Mr. Karp endorsed Ms. Claudette LaBonte for VP at his maintenance meeting, before it was even announced officially. Are you running dave??? I am sure you will get many endorsements, but I am sure not from Mr. Karp!

  6. Loved "Karped again" what next
Jerry? All of this could have been
    avoided if there was "Someone
    watching the store" (ie) Editorial
Staff, at the Reporter, which should have caught all of the
    misinformation, before it went to
    print...Who's asleep at the wheel?

  7. Hi A Nony Mouse
    Jan 30, 2009 11:19:00 AM,

I do not think it is smart to "announce" Candidacy until the Nominating Committee result is published, or a nomination is raised from the floor of the Delegate Assembly.

So, it is fair to say that I have submitted my biography and photo to the Nominating Committee for the position of VP of UCO.

Yes, I have made a statement of Candidacy elsewhere in the BLOG; that was a mistake, but
I thank you for your interest.

  8. I agree with anon 1.15 about UCO.
I got Infolink list of meetings, 1/27,29 and 2/02 were all listed as Fridays (its fixed now) when I phoned UCO for correct open mtg info they told me to look at Channel 63, I would have thought that the absolute, very least, minimum, the UCO answer desk could have is a list of meetings.
After missing the mtg segment of Ch63 three times, I taped it.
    Way to go UCO.

  9. Bugeyes, you have said a mouthful. The greatest problem with Channel 63 is that it continues scrolling, and in case you turn away for a couple of seconds, you miss what you're looking for. NOW, your idea to tape it is fantastic. This should be put on Channel 63 itself. Misters Black and Davis, take note and post this suggestion on 63.

  10. Upon arriving at CV 10 years ago, I like many of you believed that UCO was there to make my retired life easier. I have found out that if there is anything that UCO can make complicated with their twisted logic they will do so; and for the simplest thing, you'd be wasting half a day of your precious retirement time on their B.S.

Like the saying goes...nice house, nobody home.
