  3. PS: Mike,

Please check first to see if the 'mute' button is activated on either the box or on your TV.

  5. Comcast told me it would be 15 minutes until my call was answered. So much for that. I'm suppose to sit, phone to my ear for 15 min. Right!!!!!

  6. Hi Mike
    Jul 18, 2009 9:10:00 PM,

Due to the storms all over Florida, Comcast has many calls.

    Wait awhile and try again.

  7. I don't have the cable box that is being installed with all the controversy.

My TV worked fine during the storm.

  8. I have had to phone Comcast twice. Once for the phone and once for the TV each time waiting over 1/2 hour. That seems to be the normal waiting time these days. The service people know nothing. They are incompetent. Instead we should phone either Robert Siebeneck 876- 3262 or Roseann Accardi our personal consultants. They may be able to get in touch with technicians sooner than we can.

  9. P.S. Roseann Accardi's phone number is 598-1908.

  10. The Comcast boxes are fine. The same complainers and technically incompetent CVers continue to give us all a bad name in the area. If you can't run your box, GET RID OF IT!

  11. Hi Mike,

I forgot to suggest that you pull the plug out of the wall, count to 10 plug it back in and see if it will re-boot.

  12. Listen now, anonymous.
Don't call me incompetent. Comcast is incompetent, Dave Israel is incompetent, not us, the citizens of c.v. If You think You can make go away a jerky, no sound picture on a number of channels provided by a Comcast under a benevolent concession of mr. Israel, go apply for a job at a Comcast, because their own technical personell does not know the answer. You must be either a god, or an idiot.

  15. Why do the complainers always like to be anonymous? Why don't they use spellcheck? The grammar isn't topnotch but the whining is consistent. Step up and show us your name Zorro!

  16. Mag said that we don't spell up to speed, and wants us to stop complaining. If we did not complain this website would be boring.

  17. Why is it that everytime
    something goes awry at CV
    it is always David Israel's
    fault. I know several 55+
    condo assn. who would love
    to have a David living
    at their condo association.

  18. Hey Nutmegger, that's good to know. How soon can we ship him out?

    According to your answer
    to my Blog. Apparently
you don't know right from wrong. Your question
should of been when do you
    think I should vacate CV.
    If you continue to harass
    David then the answer is
    RIGHT NOW. Perhaps you
    do know that instead
    of tearing somebody apart
    we should all work together
    to make CV the absolutely
right place to live and we
    can only achieve that kind
of loving living at CV is
    instead of whining do
    something create so the
problems we do have can be
solved and the rest of us
    will be very honored to
    live at CV.

    that Dave created a Blog
    not to rip everybody apart
but try to be helpful to
    one another. I am begging
    you to please don't SLAM
    ONE ANOTHER.

    THANK YOU
