    Dave,
Thank you so very much for your time and effort in publishing the Delegate Assembly of 8/7/09. It was very informative and allowed me to get the info first hand instead of relying on someone else to tell me what happened and maybe not getting what was said exactly right. All your hard work and any others involved is greatly appreciated.

    I attend every Delegate
    Meeting so the reason I
am posting is to say to
    you that Century Village
is so blessed to have you
    as one of our residents.
    The hours that you put
    your heart and soul into
    answering any questions or
    requests posted is beyond
    any word to truly describe
    you. May God Bless You.

Being a snowbird up the Berkshires I very much appreciate the work that went into publishing the UCO meeting. But, I seemed to have missed the first parts; are they still available to watch?

Dave, You and your team did a great job getting the video online. Have you looked at the following links? They might make your job easier.
    http://blip.tv/
    http://vimeo.com/

they both let you embed the video and you can do it all at once

    Hi Ken,
Yes, thanks; it was an awful task due to the Blogger limit on any particular upload of 100Mb.

It would be great to upload the entire segment and embed it; I will look at your references.

Videoing the delegate meeting was a great idea. Might suggest that a written short introduction be
written as to what went on since the sound is not so good at times. Thanks again.

That is great Dave, super job, I like the delegate mtg in sections, it is easier to find the bit you need. Nice to be able repeat amazing stuff – e.g. Shapkin’s confident mind power protects us from golf course invaders, no fence needed!!

Is Mr. Shapkin trying to say that the installation of a fence, and the resulting physical separation from the golf course, degrades CV's status as an "interested party"?

Also, what exactly is "uco property" and "assn property"? Have these areas and lines been surveyed and marked? Does UCO or the assns have deeds to their respective lands? How does this work?

I am interested in the history of this subject. I remember years ago being told that the land under the housing is on a one hundred year lease, hence the name.

  3. Hi A Nony Mouse
    Aug 12, 2009 12:59:00 PM,

The missing first part is due to a malfunction of the camera, and can not be recovered.
