This BLOG is for the use of Century Village residents and those interested in Condominium issues of concern to them. Any user may ask a question or provide information that they feel is of value to the BLOG users. No reasonable subject is "Off Limits", No one is banned, and No rational opinion is supressed.
Dave say's "anonymous posting has been a problem with not only some of our bloggers, but also some of the officers of UCO". Who are these anonymous bloggers and officers of UCO? Who are these people who can't deal with anonymous but honest criticism. Without anonymous posting, important "give and take " issues will no longer be discussed by all interested parties. Believe it or not, there are those who fear retribution for their "speaking out" and for the truthfulness of their remarks. The new blog/website will unfortunately become nothing more than additional "channel 63" with one sided pro UCO opinions.
The new website will be like the first website that we had. Whatever happened to free speech? One sided that's what we shall get and then another site goes to the dogs.
What happened to the heading that says no subject is off limits, no one is banned and no rational opinion is suppressed?
This was suppose to be a different website, unlike the first one that if they didn't like what you said, they would take you off and you could not post anything again.

The new Site will allow criticism that is reasonably stated, and has some basis in fact.
Additionally, it will be the Official Cyberspace presence of CV; you will be able to sign up with a screen name, as long as BLOG Admin. has a real name that is connected to the screen name.
The real names will be held by BLOG Admin. and held in confidence.
We already have one board where a registration is neccessary for posting. It does not seem to do well under C. Szepesi administration. Actually, it sucks. Good luck. Oh, You probably want to be able to sue all those, who disagree with You on the lousy Comcast deal that You have forced on hapless c.v.ers for generation to come? How Izraeli.
Dave, Dave, Dave, what a major disappointment you have become. 1. The Comcast deal is inferior compared to other Century Village's 2. You refused to speak out against the golf course development knowing that Greenbrier will be adversely effected. 3.By eliminating anonymous posting on the new website it is YOU and UCO who are afraid of criticism. The success of your blog is now forever diminished.
As a result of the above, you have lost the support of many, in your obvious quest for higher office.

Somebody from this so called Bldg Adm. is trying to clean it up a bit as you can read there is a lot of foreign language Twitter and the "eff" word is now blocked out but the other vile word are still there. This is a 55plus gated community....so I ask you....WHO GIVES A DAMN ABOUT TWITTER.....it should not be on the sidebar.

Dave made my comments rather redundant but - Anon you picked a fine time to become involved and make a sensible suggestion. I ignored twitter from the start, suggest you do the same. Various gadgets are tried on the blog, if you had spoken up sooner no doubt it would have been removed. I shall suggest we keep it off new blog, it is a rather revolting view of modern ‘culture’. I hope the new blog left column will be useful and without fluff clutter, nonsense, or duplications. The posts will be whatever.

You are 200% correct. Dave should not even put his name in the hat hoping that he will win by a landslide. He has no idea how angry CVers are over Comcast and many other things.
You do not understand my question as to why it wasn't deleted? Ask one of your best friends (if you still have some)and if they are truthful with you I will look for you on the stage this morning to see how red your face is.
