2 QUESTIONS FOR CANDIDATE MARSHALL

HI BOB,

1. IN YOUR OPINION, HOW MUCH MONEY (GIVE OR TAKE A COUPLE MILLION) IS OWED TO UCO ( UNIT OWNERS ) BY WPRF(LEVY) FOR LOSS OF AMENITIES?

2. IF ELECTED UCO PRESIDENT, WOULD YOU CONTINUE WITH THE ARBITRATION PROCESS OR WOULD YOU WITHDRAW FROM THE PROCESS ?

    The question might be legally can we withdraw at this point, and would the lawyers be entitled to there share? What are the repercustions of this MESS......

    Your post seems to infer that the lawyers are woking on a contingency basis. Do You know this as fact? Mike
