CV real estate listings

As a matter of curiosity I have compiled the number of CV condo listings in the October 2007 and April 2008 UCO Reporter. In October 2007 there were 295 units listedat an average price of $65,400. In the April issue there were 332 units listed at the average price of $57,000. Andre

    Monsieur you have thrown down the gauntlet. After 4 hours at the dentist I needed a quiet pursuit, so I counted December 2007 UCO Reporter: 448 units for sale average price $63.5K

    4 hours at the dentist! No complaining now Elaine. I happen to know your dentist and I bet that 3 hours and 45 minutes of that visit was chit-chat!

    Correction to my numbers, I added in 150 units (which were multiple listed and in other Century Villages per CV Real Estate).
    Dec 2007, 298 units at average price of $63.5K would be more accurate and more in line with Andre.

    Hands off my dentist it was 3 hrs of world-class wizardry.
