  2. I hear it's slightly bigger than the old one. The old one was 3300 sq. ft. plus 700 ft. of cement of patio so to speak. So, we were able to get a 4,000 sq. ft. permit for the new building. Now, if any of this is wrong, please post it. I received this information through a back door.

  3. It looks beautiful when driving by it. Once completed and the landscaping is in, it will do us proud.

  4. We can probably get a good price for it and move UCO into the clubhouse where it belongs.

  5. We who at the times thought
the best to be put at the clubhouse
made for a better location, since
it was my understanding we pay the
bills for it, why not? central location, all activities there and
    etc.,etc., but those in power
went to the location outside the gate, I only print this as a matter
of fact, we cannot reverse what I
am just(1) vote but maybe in the
future where large amt of money
is allocated we go to all for
approval up or down, if it had gone
that way and it came out a (+)
for its present location I wouldn't
be typing this commet, but had to
    because the process,again to me
    only (1) vote was Disengenuis!!!!!

  6. "those in power" ???

    UCO HAS NO POWER.

    Just stop giving them money.

  7. Yes those in power, who could have
saved$$$$ on the bus contract but
stalled until it was decided by the EXC. Board, pushed and proded
the delegates that costs us $$$$
(the lawyers love it) in fees to
find out if MR. LEVY was a BAD MAN. Yes I believe Power Brokers
were the Officers of UCO, and its
EXC. members who voted the same,
that cost us $$$$$$ on (3) Items.
    UCO Building, the Lawyers, and
the Bus Contracts = money from
CV Coffers? these are mine and
only mine assesments. (6) of these
$$$$$$, is a lot of money, that
could have been used with the interest of it's Owner's which
all of us are including all UCO
    members, and the Delegates were
given Bogus Information , in my
    estermation,or at times shut off
I saw what our last VP stated
and even viewing it up North gave me no credence that the owner's interest was Represented by that
Officer, even though he felt he
and other Officers were being Challenged, was and is no excuse
    let those Elected Officers learn
at least there is Protocol where
has Officers have to maintain even if at times it feels pushed, I wasn't there but will give all the benefit,as long as pespect is
    Paramount!!!!!

  10. Anoymous, I don't know that
    could be done? RANDALL?.
    UCO.is a org. that I know of
    do great things for many
    villagers, I would hope all
of us have turn any faults
    of procedure and or members
    to uphold the common good
by using the basic of good
    commonsense,so all CV can
go forward, yes we all see the glass
different, but lets at least see the glass. The visual of this is go
look outside I see many different
    makes and color of automobiles,
because we all have our own likeness, but they are still auto's. Sorry if I get off subject
only to relate to a point of substance!!!!!!!!!!!!!
