Is there any person out there who can explain in legal language what a "sort of umbrella association" is.
Is there a place in 718 where I could look this up. Or perhaps George Loewenstein could elaborate on where he got such a definition, and what that actually means.

ReplyDeleteThank you Rosa. I guess that you are referring to Florida Statutes 718, the body of law governing the operations Condominium Associations.
ReplyDeleteAll UCO’s claims could be preceded by the words “sort of”.
ReplyDeleteSo many members are not well or have other activities that their attendance at meetings is only “sort of”.
Look at how they perform their duties, their knowledge of their own bylaws is only “sort of”.
Look at the washing of their dirty linen in public in UCO Reporter, their professionalism is “nil”.
To have an expert and most respected member of CV invited to a meeting to share his specific knowledge and then not allow him to speak, is “unbelievable”.
To allow ignoramuses to make decisions is “sort of Duh”.
And they don’t know why they get so little thanks.

Rosa look at all the other euphisms that are used by the politico - such as "it" and "the truth is out there - some where, ain't it?" Anyone knowing George soon learns he knows very little about the details concerning past rules etc. George is an illusionist - with him you don't if its real or memorix - Like an old soldier all we can hope for is that he just fades away (quickly)

ReplyDeleteThe euphuism doesn't apply when you participate in screwing retired old people out of their hard earned money.
This is not a case where we can pontificate on what the definition of is is; but just so you know, George is not the only person at UCO that needs to fade away...quickly.
