OPERATIONS COMMITTEE MTG.

I moved this up from one of Ed’s past comments.
Problem “The continued meetings of the OPERATIONS COMMITTEE in the ARBITRARY Channel 63 room, so residents may not attend, while they debate the 10 million for WPRF operations.” Ed, you should be allowed to put a tape recorder in Room 63, since there is no room! for you to attend. Would it accidentally malfunction?

I believe Hillary Clinton said it best when advocating that actions speak louder than words. To speak to the residents, must of course be “believable” especially when dealing with the current Administration.
Mr. Solomon embroiled us in a legal fiasco without merit by violating, along with Mr. Loewenstein, his oath of office to uphold the Articles of Incorporation, UCO By-laws, and all contracts in effect prior to their being sworn in. Why would words satisfy you when these action alone cost residents over $ 300,000.00 The Millennium Agreement REQUIRED we negotiate, mediate and then arbitrate! If the end result remained unsatisfactory to us we could then pursue our complaint legally through the courts. Please remember, this legal action was NEVER brought before the Delegate Assembly for APPROVAL, before commencing. WHY?

Mr. Shapkin rallied resident by telling them the Administration, AT THAT TIME, was “promoting the sale of the golf course to a developer”. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Officers of UCO have a fiduciary ( RESPONSIBILITY ) to provide all proposals RECEIVED BY THEM to the DELEGATE ASSEMBLY so an informed decision may be made! We attempted to inform BUT Mr. Shapkin tried to shut that down because he DID NOT WANT THE view of the people, only his view to be sustained.

Mr. Loewenstein, as President of UCO, permitted an 87-year-old “grandmother” to be expelled from a court ordered COMMON ELEMENT, the bus system, without justification!
Rumor has it that the report of CH2MHILL was not in agreement with the Administration's promoted expectation of an 11 Million recovery from WPRF, accordingly they are looking to engage another Company, hoping for a much more favorable report! WHY? Haven't we spent enough at $ 70,000.00 for expert testimony?

Promises made in any campaign are just words, when the actions available for review SPEAK VOLUMES
