Tommorow, the Delegates vote!
I would like to give our readers something to think about:
King George has spent close to $360,000.00 of our money in pursuit of Solomon's Fantasy Millions. There is no case to support this madness, and the costs rise daily-
King George has spent $70,000.00 on an Engineering report from CH2MHill which does not support UCO's case.
He refuses to provide this report to the Arbitration Judges in defiance of Subpoena; how will that act of arrogance affect our case???
In response to a direct question about this report he now is saying alternately that it does not exist or that it is "Top Secret"
Worse yet; he is shopping for yet other Engineering firms who might testify in our favor; no doubt if he is willing to spend enough of our money, he may find one!
Howie Silver proudly declares that his principle concern is Dividers between the urinals; he calls his Channel 63 slide show an enhancement.
King George and his Court throw our Villagers off the bus for no reason; they close the gate and refuse to open it for an ambulance carrying a possible Heart Attack patient; their volunteer ushers beat up a theatre patron and it is smoothed over with no sanctions taken against the assailant.
How long must we put up with the stress and costs of the Fiasco Legal Adventure that King George continues to champion with no hope of recovery?
How many legally budgeted projects will suffer for lack of funds as King George drains the Treasury?
How much will it cost the Unit Owners of CV when a real, unbiased audit, uncovers his improprieties
Bob Marshall Can, and will, negotiate professionally with WPRF and will end this Horror Story in a fair and mutually satisfactory manner within 30 days of taking Office.
Think about this and if you are a Delegate, vote for a return to peace and common sense Legal Governance; Vote for Bob Marshall.

Didn't the lawsuit start out as a contingency case (no fee unless victory)? How did it get to the point where we pay attorneys?
We simply failed to negotiate to obtain the best representation possible. Or, this team knew the only
way to pander to the Fiasco was to pay someone hourly to pursue this utter nonsense.
You decide and then vote for anyone but the current team of thugs.
Time to turn the light off. The delegates have voted and spoken!
Stick around Lottie, I think you will be needed again when King George distorts the results of arbitration in May, etcetera, etcetera ..
To those delegates that voted for Loewenstein expecting to get money out of it, take a pause and consider what happened to Myron Solomon; he was the foundation of your unrealistic expectations,he is out, he got nothing and what do you think you're going to get ?
