When you vote, power up UCO with folks who can problem solve, do research, find efficiencies and economies with their computers.
Vote for Dave Israel, Ed Black, Ken Davis, and Randall Borchardt.
With knowledge of 718, bylaws, and computers most every question can be answered any problem solved.
If I missed someone please add them.
John Saponaro is also a wiz, but is already a UCO fixture.

Thanks for the kind words, however without a change in the leadership to someone with a vision of “what can be improved”, improvement will not come!
Bob Marshall understands the strengths of the volunteers that are the backbone of this Village and would clearly support recommendations to “improve services and standards”.
We had begun to implement a CHANGE to a COMMON database for both WPRF and UCO. That, due to lack of understanding, was scrapped, and alternate implemented, that did not work, and ultimately lead us back to the current mess we have.
Common Database would allow everyone Authorized to see the picture of you, appearing on your I.D. Card, anytime you show up without your I.D. Provide for all who are granted access to see EMERGENCY contacts, just in case you fall ill in the clubhouse. Deerfield has adopted this approach and it works very well.
Without proper leadership to see the potential of recommendations by our volunteers, nothing moves forward.
VOTE Friday for CHANGE!

Marcia Ziccardy is running for Corresponding Secretary. When she ran for President of UCO last time around she had many good ideas for improving UCO and CV. Communication with residents, ethics, real transparency, wider decision making, publish committee members, etc. She does not know me, but I see her knowledge of procedures, dedication, and kindness. Marcia would be a fine choice. (and would get us out of the sorry-its-typed-no-access age)
A vote for Marcia is in order because she will say it like it is. By the same token , a vote for Bob Marshall is absolutely in order
