UCO regrets property manager has been out sick and contracted work has not begun, but it will soon…. I am not making anymore predictions.
*Does make you wonder if maintenance would have been better had Levy not conveyed gates, roads etc to UCO.
Associated matters – You will notice the Medical/Midtown Imaging gate is locked and guard booth removed. One of the medical bldg doctors WAS paying for this gate service, but no longer. He used the same guard service as the village but it was not a CV/UCO guard.

Please be advised that Pat Blunck the property manager for UCO is indeed out sick.Knowing Pat if there was a way for him come in he would have. I also know that he wants to be around while the project is being done. Unfortunately many people working in the UCO office have become sick because of the coughing and sneezing going on all over the place. Because of some of my UCO functions I have to be at the UCO office almost every day. I stay there for the shortest time possible due to the potential for illness. The cramped working conditions are horrible at best.
Sorry to hear everyone is sick at UCO. Hope all recover quickly. The UCO headquarters is indeed cramped.
Sorry also to hear about the Midtown Imaging gate being locked. I will miss seeing that nice lady everytime I went through there. It sure was convenient.

Thanks for the updates on the gates.
UCO - Wash hands very frequently
Get Sam’s Club size waterless hand sanitizer
Sanitize surfaces
Send sickies home
Stop sharing sugary snax
Talk outside
Put Reporter operation in rental unit, don’t say can’t. UCO can do whatever it really wants upto $11M.
I'm taking Elaine B's suggestion: I'm taking the weekend off without pay. Just hanging out with happy thoughts.

PS: Hope the prop mgr gets well soon.
Part of the problem is residents come to the UCO office for things are the ones that are sick and bring the germs with them.
It is something like the residents give and the volunteers at the UCO office receive.
Thx for the info Larry. Put that on Q&A and you may reduce the number of walk-ins, more people will phone. It may take longer to remove the people who go to socialize, flirt, enjoy A/C etc. per my visit this week. I’m going to use the phone and mail in letters from now on.
If only UCO had email.
What most people come to the UCO office cannot be done by e mail or any other mail, ie: gate pass, a transponder appointment, investigation, ads for the reporter, etc. These are face to face services.
People do phone a lot but some of their questions are so complicated that a visit to the office ends up necessary anyway.
Perhaps I could suggest that all UCO volunteers be supplied with some kind of protective clothing or at least face masks like the ones used at hospitals and with throw away gloves.
I know that ways to stagger who is in the office at what time has been considered but is not very workable.
Walk up window, bulletproof glass. The Reporter does have email.
