It bothers me that the whole USA is trying to lose weight and the rest of the world is starving. I refuse to worry about everything else.
Capt. you must be related to my neighbor who likes to whistle and sing 'Make the world go away' very mournful - I have to send him to karaoke.

I don't discuss world or national affairs because most people don't have a clue of whats going on and I'm always right. Some of these people have the nerve to disagree with me and then I have to insult them for being morons. Now you know why I don't discuss anything but CV in the BLOG. It is a subject I know nothing about and can learn from all the experts. God!!! I love America, lets nuke Iraq. Mike

Elaine, you're just hysterical you lovable Brit! Just don't try to give her a hug. You know those British folks - no hugging allowed! They only show affection to horses and dogs!!! I saw that in a movie once. Loved it and have been dying to use it!

Mike, as for you, truly, truly - I think you missed your calling. You should have been a stand-up comedian! I really mean that. I think you could have been great. But, now that I have met you, I realize you are really a big softie! You just hide it from the world!!!!!!!!!!! Now - on to serious business. What is this with the Michigan votes and the Florida votes not counting. I know we have already been through this discussion with Dave. He explained, but I still don't get it. It is suppose to be the Republican's fault. But how can anybody in this great USA take away our vote away??? it's un-American!!!

In Michigan, they didn't even put Obama's name on the ballot! What's with that? The Democrats were allowed to vote for Hillary - but could not vote for Obama. I SIMPLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THAT WAS ALLOWED!
In Florida, we could vote for Hillary or Obama, BUT NEITHER VOTED COUNTED!!!

CRAZY, CRAZY, CRAZY!!!

Meanwhile, I keep watching CNN and Fox. I like both stations. To me the only thing on television worth watching is CNN, Fox and Bill Moyer! I HATE REALITY TV. I HATE IT ALL and don't watch any of it.

News and movies, that's it for me!

Hi Capt. I don't think it's the Republican's fault. I vote Republican much more than I vote Democratic. But if you look way back in the blog to a month or two ago, we went through this whole thing and Dave tried to explain it. Something about the Republican's said if we moved the primary up, the Democratic votes would not count. Does anybody out there understand it? If so, can you please explain it?

Capt , sure thing and by the way I'm voting for Nader as a protest vote because O man, Hill and McC all make me sick. This is a pathetic situation,America can't find a decent candidate for Pres. Shorty is going for Lou Dobbs

REMEMBER THE REAL MAJORITY OF THE COUNTRY - 25% VOTE REPUBLICAN - 25% VOTE DEMOCRAT - 50% DO NOT VOTE !!!

I know it's no solution but it makes me feel better. Look at CV , the power thats here. Can you imagine, all these people calling and faxing the slimeball politicians , take my word for it , they would sit up and listen in a hurry . There is nothing stronger than the ballot box in America if it's used properly and corporations don't vote the people do. Mike
