Just in case anyone is confused, the sheet of paper that is supposed to list all of the monthly meetings and available at the guard's desk at both of the clubhouses does NOT mention the Friday July 25 nomination meeting. Nor does it explain that there is an election on Aug 1 from 8-9 before the regular Delegates meeting.

I know you statement was meant to inform there is a gap in the details of Corresponding Secretary Blank’s sheet on “notices”, however I’m sure you will agree that the remaining Officers who are still working for the Village VP’s Bummolo and Cornish, Secretaries Lapidus and Blank really do have their hands full and with the three empty seats (President and 2 VPs) The notice process mandated by the Delegate Assembly will only come into line, fully, when all seats have been sworn in and begin to function once again.
We all may view the current effort as quite extraordinary, with one member's husband quite ill really leaving only three active Officers.

Officers Bummolo and Cornish were working at UCO this morning with furrowed brows. Great guys. I did go to the Clubhouse to be Sunshine Observer at the Officer Meeting, I didn’t know it was cancelled. No-one should be afraid of open meetings, We just want the right to go, usually I would be surprised if there were more than one or two residents showed up, if that.
