Dorothy;
If you are referring to replacing the gate pass which you have been getting with a 90 day expiration date, the answer is Yes.
My understanding is that there will be no pass issued. The visitor will be put into the system and show their Drivers License at the gate upon entering. For more concise information, call UCO at 683-9189 and ask for the person issuing passes.

Guest call in question: What is the earliest I can phone the system to get a guest in tomorrow 7am?
Guards say “Anytime today, but remember requests only stay on the system 24 hours”
UCO says “Midnight tonite, not before, and request stays on 26 hours”
Who knows for sure?
UCO’s Welcome to CV brochure is not specific except that ‘all entries are removed at 8am the next day.’

professional management … good answer. Should be same answer for all those lost and confused UCO Reporter papers.
