Most of us thought you had more class than this Phyllis. Now you are showing your true colors. I was shocked by the low number of votes you received and by the problem getting 10 delegates to second you. Now I understand why. I always admired you. Now I don't even like you. I can't believe you lowered yourself to this point.

if you knew what i know you you would see who doesn't have class. so the fact that you don't like me really means nothing to me.

Phyllis, you need to go into the Government witness protection program...then your postings might have value.

How and is it legal for an Assoc. to withdraw from UCO? If UCO were not to exist , who would we get to run the UCO affairs? Would the Assocs. just vote and hire a management co.?

Phyllis you started all this, I thought you cared about the village but I see you only care about yourself. After the old crew screwed you, you went back. I am so happy you and Dave lost.

Mike,

Any licensed management company can handle what UCO is now handling...with a lot less turmoil...and probably for less money
( we wouldn't have to buy them a building ).
( and when they screw up, you can fire them ).
Doesn't that sound like a plan ?

Anony11:31, Thanks, Thats what I thought but what about an Assoc. dropping out of UCO under the present situation?

I hate to say it but all Phyllis had to do was drop out of the race and back Dave. If you really wanted change Phyllis You would have.

Mike,
Chances are you have a bi-lateral agreement with UCO. It has a cancellation clause.

Phyllis you have always been for the people, I am glad you resigned when you saw things were wrong, I hope you keep George in tow..Maybe you have to get more involved with the people and open meetings.
