Hi Ken,
It is wonderful to see one of the "Good Guys" get elected.
I hope among other things you resume control of the CV Q & A and open it up into the vibrant channel for Unit Owner Communications it was before the Dark Age.
Please encourage Officers of UCO, the LCAM Pat Blunck and other KNOWLEDGABLE persons to respond to questions on the CV Q & A and perhaps even on this BLOG.
You can bring some Sunshine into the UCO dark space, and put the Unit Owners in the know.
All the Vice Presidents must remember that you were elected by the Delegates and King George has no real Administrative control of you.
Open up the closed space; Sunshine is a fine disinfectant.

Glad you won Ken. Mike
CONGRATS KEN!!!
HOPE YOU STAY WITH Q & A...Since the previous person resigned because she didn't have control..
I am sure you will let the truth prevail..
David, We voted for you, have a great deal of respect for you so please do not ruin who you are with comments like you did in this post and also the one you made after you lost the election. It does not help anything by referring to"Good Guys" and the rest of the negativity. Don't stoop to their level.
Congratulations Ken, we also voted for you and will be watching how things will go
Ken, you are one of the good guys. I have known you a good number of years. Just do what you always do. Sorry, Julie, about the euphemism "good guys" comment, but Ken IS really one of the good guys.
Nice to see that people can recognize the truly good guys and are not afaid to say so; it shows they have judgement. We also voted for Ken because he is a good guy.
