When you place an order with Seacrest they will say “we will get back to you within 48 mumble hours”.
I just found it is ‘48 BUSINESS hours’ i.e. 5 days or with weekends and holidays 8+ days. Relax. Let’s have a nice cuppa tea.

Why not try Prime Management for your building instead. They have their problems, but are not as bad as Seacrest Management has become these past few years. Most Seacrest managed buildings in CV look terrible.
Prime manages my building. They are wonderful. Things are taken care of in less than 24 hours in most cases. Seriously consider changing to Prime.
Has anyone actually made an attempt to compare prices and service rendered between Prime Management, Seacrest, and Gallagher?
It seems to me that most associations just go with the flow.
A little serious competition is a good thing. It's the American Way!
Our Ass'n left Seacrest 8 years ago. THe company we went with is great. Broken sprinkler head replaced in 30 minutes. Catwalk light out replaced same day. Cooperation and communication is good ( all speak english ) Believe me, Seacrest is not the only kid on the block. We use Pruitt and this is not an ad for them, only a note of satisfaction
Ken is right!
Perhaps if more of the many associations in Century Village would shop around getting multiple quotes ,(a sign of good management) Seacrest would not be a monopoly and there would be real competition!
Management 101 says that shopping and comparing together with larger jobs (consolidation of associations)means lower prices, better service and greater savings.
Try going to a contractor, be it grounds maintenance, plumbing, etc., with the business of a half dozen associations and see what a different response you get.
I called Seacrest and was told their turn around time is 48 hours after the call is made to their office. Not 48 works hours as previously suggested. I've no problems with Seacrest!
