ANS: If I were Carole; you would have been "Banned for life" long ago; as it is you are a comical amusement, for which our BLOGGERS thank you. As for your "controversial replies"; those would be the ones with the foul language and unsubstantiated accusations, those indeed have been removed. As for my obsession, to serve the people of Century Village; it's called Volunteer Public Service Captain and you might give it a try, instead of all of your Public Bashing!

": It might be time to revisit the Anonymous comments permitted by the prior vote. Especially since those folk seem to believe we prefer personal attacks!

Sometime in August we agreed to stop bashing in concert with the Administration’s effort to do the same. Many believed this was in the best interest of this community.

For a short while this was maintained, however that recently changed and once again the naysayer and virulent complainers resumed their posturing for bashing. You might think this is like a sporting event, to see just who is better equipped to achieve the award from his/her peers, as “best @ bashing for all time” award.

Most o f the commentary, by some, seem mean spirited and seem to accomplish nothing. Why bother, except to demonstrate just how out of touch you may be, in assisting this village to be the best place to live for all residents. I believe they too could help this village, by attending meetings and making positive recommendations to help us overcome obstacles we will face in the days and years ahead.

We would all benefit from your participation. How does anyone enjoy denigrating the selflessness of a volunteer who gives of his/her time, talent and expertise to help others? Could it be they don’t feel they have to help or contribute to the betterment of our lifestyle here in Century Village, if so, why not?This village would be a much more expensive place to live if not for our hundreds of volunteers, each in their own way trying to support the “greater good” and make this community a better, safer, inexpensive place to live. So how about you? Won’t you spend a little of your time “contributing” to improving this village instead of wasting your time criticizing it?
