Have you seen the PB Post reports from Leisureville, FL, they have had errors, embezzlement, and expose of the finance cmte some of whom “did not have a basic grasp of the subject matter or what their role was as a committee member”. Leisureville does have a blog that sez ‘This (Finance) committee was handpicked by the board. If any committee should be independent of any influence, it is this committee. If there is any committee that needs to have highly qualified members it is this one.”
