Using the number from your personal payment, its approx 40% to pay for absolutely everything we get, 60% to Levy/ Benenson Corp. What is total base annual rent, seems low, what is not in there? Bet Mike knows. More, more Dorothy! Next time, maybe more of a statement format with actual numbers.

In the current UCO Reporter; Musing with Myron by VP Myron Solomon and from the Desk of Dorothy Tetro
It appears to me that VP Myron Solomon should be studying Treasurer Dorothy Tetro's article in the UCO Reporter. Tetro and Solomon seem to be millions of $$ apart in the computing of the WPRF budget / Millennium Agreement.After years of listening to complex explanations from the various elected UCO officials I am looking at the Millennium Agreement with a different set of eyes.I thank Dorothy for her article and the simplicity of her explanation.It has the appearance that the turmoil in the Village regarding monies to Levy / Beneson is a direct result of a lack of proper explanation of the Millennium Agreement to the people.Thank you Dorothy Tetro and all the best wishes.
