At the time we voted with these outdated computer punchcards, New Yorkers were using voting booths with a lever system. They were able to keep tally of how many people voted for who without requiring electricity. Because there's nothing computerized about this system, it's unhackable. Who would dump a perfect system for something too scifi or not scifi enough?

It appears that You Tube is being sued by Time Warner for allowing Time Warner owned properties being downloaded from You Tube without permission. Could this matter be extended to putting You Tube material on this blog without permission of the author or owner of the material?
