David Israel,
Now that the election is over and things appear to be calming down, I wish to thank you first for the creation of this blog that has allowed everyone to express the good, the bad and the ugly, but most of all I would like to thank you for your decision to run for president of UCO. As far as I am concerned, it was a chance for this village to go in the direction of legal, mutual respect and harmony----an opportunity for it to truly be a great place to live. You gave hope to many people . By your posting in the election cycle, people became better informed than ever before. That in itself is a great achievement; it never would have happened had you not announced your candidacy. The time for peace and harmony through legality is yet to come. Those of us who value respect and legalities will have to struggle a little longer.
Thank you Dave.

Things are not calming down at all. They appear to be worse than ever. We appear to be moving back 20 years when this village was split into two or three factions. Is that what our residents want again or do they just want to enjoy the years of life left to us in peace? I suggest that UCO stop immediately the transportation system, stop the bulk cable service, fire security, let WPRF run the recreation facilities with no oversight, cancel the bulk insurance policies and let each of the 309 associations go it alone.
Anony 2:54 , It would be more practical to hire a management co, but then again , I'm sure you know that. Mike
It's not the hiring of a management firm I am concerned with. It is the possibility of splitting the village into two or three different splinter
groups AGAIN.
I think , hiring a management co. would go a long way in bringing the village together.' Mike

The transportation system, security and cable system are businesses that run all by themselves as long as they are paid. I'm sure Prime or Seacrest would be happy to collect the money and forward it to these businesses. If WPRF doesn't run the recreation facilities well, people will not move in here and Levy will be out his $100+/month. And the "bulk" insurance policies violate State Law. Give the management company a couple of hundred thousand and you still save $600,000.

See HB995. You've wasted a lot of Blog space with this posting, but I'm sure your intentions were good.
No Randall their intentions are not good, this bulky piece has been posted on many threads, breaking them and just trying to annoy us and waste Dave's time.
Dave, Please get rid of the spam.
