Would watch IKE very closely and make necessary preparations as it may affect us Tuesday or Wednesday. Everyone take care and stay safe!

I was so ready for Fay, gas-up, food-up, water-up etc. I could batten down and stay home for weeks. I prefer the Storm Tracking Map from PB Post (see left side favorite links), it is interactive, you can zoom in and add historical and possible future tracks. Did you see Hanna go loop de loop, so much for forecasting. Still we all watch closely. 61 dead in Haiti from storms, just another blip in the news, hardly noticed amongst the pit bull verbiage.

This storm is not a joke. Don't be caught of guard. I have spoken to all of the residents in my building advising them to prepare. Better safe than sorry

Note that although our lovely renovated Clubhouse has hurricane resistant windows, it is not a shelter and will be closed in the event of a bad storm. This is second hand info, maybe UCO and WPRF should clarify this at the Delegate Mtg.
