Here is one approach, you could get a sign from Kauff.We found it helpful when Veolia marked the dumpsters according to who was paying for them, however, we share since dumpsters are generally equidistant from 2 associations. We have ‘monitors’ who put raccoon bars back up! And write ‘no plastic bags please’ on the recycle bins. Also it is logical when one dumpster is full to take trash to another… If you have nasty people it makes a bad neighborhood, too bad.
