How many delegates would like to see a candidate run for President of UCO against the incumbent?
How many Delegates would vote for someone other than the incumbent?
If there was a motto in the political community, today … it is certainly “CHANGE”.
It is all you hear on the news. Both Democrats and Republicans are speaking of it. People want to see a democracy where little people, like us, have a voice. Just like this Blog, not restricted because of your content or opinion
If you believe changes should occur, how many delegates agree with you and would vote for this CHANGE?

I would always vote for change because I'm ornery but I'm no longer a delegate. Mike
Two years ago, the "little people" like you and us were told that each unit owner would have the individual vote in UCO elections.....WELL...
Until that comes to fruition, the same old same old uninspired ideas and power grab will continue.
1.Re-organize UCO.
2.A new UCO must function under State Statute 718.
3.Unit owners must have the vote.
RIGHT ON JERRY AND ROSA.
Ed, “change and someone other than the incumbent“ could result in the same old, same old. They would need a much more specific platform than that.
*I would vote for someone who would make UCO more efficient, imagine a community website with all our documents available, copies of forms, FAQs. A management company that also provides insurance, legal advice, negotiating volume-based contracts with vendors. Instead of one president pretending to know more than he does and leading people astray. I would vote for someone who could find a company like Bensons/Associa (they are still on the west coast of FL). Dig deep in their website, get some ideas: http://www.bensonsinc.com/Bensons/index.htm
http://www.associaonline.com/
Many people around CV are saying “UCO should be run as a business, run professionally“.
Until you get the individual vote , a management company will never happen.
Our first Sharia Law stoning session on BBQ Island will be for all the morons who voted not to buy the amenities from Levy.
Yes we do need CHANGE but until all UNIT OWNERS have a vote it is extremely hard to change status quo. I am open to suggestions what should be do
