There are probably several hundred Community Association Management Companies in Florida. Some very big some very small. However is this what we are looking for? Why did you pick this one out?
The referral was from the Florida Ombudsman's office, as serving large communities and having a helpful record. While I was only asking for info, the ombudsman would know who gets complaints or compliments.
I thought they were a good starting point to understand the processes. Good luck with your research.
Bensons manages 1,900 units in a single community the Burnt Store Master Development - Punta Gorda.
They only operate on the west coast of FL, as I said this was FYI.
