The city is giving away "Nothing In Car" signs that you hang from your mirror. Thanks, but no thanks: I already have something like that. There are a few times that I forget to put it up, though. Why? Because the handicap parking signs are not eye level! Are the traffic cops trying to entrap people? I thought entrapment was illegal!
