Drop UCO building
We have learned this morning that UCO has accepted a settlement agreement from WPRF that is about $600,000 more than Mr. Levy's previous offer. It is far from the $12,000,000 anticipated by this Administration just a few months ago. After acceptance by the Delegates tomorrow, peace will therefore prevail again between UCO and WPRF in our Village. Good!
The timing is right so UCO should continue in this conciliatory mood by finally putting ego aside and negociate with our new friend ( Mr. Levy ) to lodge the UCO Office into the Main Clubhouse. It is much more reasonnable than constructing another building. Andre

What functions would you suggest that be removed from the Clubhouse to make room for UCO operations?
Hardly used pool tables which are duplicated in Hastings, and what is behind all those locked doors that now have no windows, empty rooms? I think UCO is more importatn than unused sewing machines. I need the sewing machines 1/2 hr /year and I am always the only one there.
I would not call Mr Levy our friend , He is only here to make as much money as he can from the old fools in CV. He is laughing all the way to the bank. Good for You Levy , The CVers deserve what they get . Mike
I had planned to ask Mike if he considered himself "one of the old fools in cv" however, I was once told that the worst thing that you can do to some people is to ignore what they say, so I will instead ignore what Mike has said about us old fools in cv.
