I spoke to David and he said all went well. He is looking forward to the rehab and "getting back on his feet", quite literally!
I shall keep you informed, when he returns to the Morse Facility.

That is great news. ED, thanks for taking the time to check on Dave.
I saw him a couple of days before the surgery and he could hardly wait for the appointment time to roll around. He was ready to get the job done.
His comment said many times now is (why did I wait so long?)
I for one mean to talk with him through his recovery and rehab, wishing him a speedy recovery.
I'm so happy to hear this wonderful news. Ed, please keep us informed and let us know if the time comes that he would like visits from friends.

When Dave is all better, he will probably be so busy being active, he may not have as much time to blog with us. I hope he saves a little time though, because we all miss him.
