Following is a list of the BOOK and PAGE reference for each Condominum Associations Original Documents. This information is a matter of Public Record of Palm Beach County.
Your Original documents consist of:
A) The Declaration of Condominium.
B) The Bylaws.
C) The Survey of the Association Property.
D) The Long Term Lease.
E) The Management Agreement.
The process for viewing the Documents is as follows:
1) Copy the "BOOK/PAGE" numbers as noted below for the Association you are interested in.
2) Click the following URL.
This will bring you to the Public Search Page.

3) Click the "Book/Page" Tab at the right.
4) Paste the "BOOK/PAGE" numbers you have just copied into the search dialog box, Click the "SEARCH" button.

Regarding helping condo sales: The blog stating the decision to have a clothing-optional pool. It shall be surrounded by bushes and other foliage to be private. From where I came from, this was always an option. Mainly, it was done at swimming holes on a small waterway through a wooded area. Signs would be put up to inform people that they would be entering a no clothing area. There are many people that are comfortable with no clothing, without being otherwise aroused by it. I think we should at least try it. It wouldn't cost much and our property may be doubled in price. Remember, we will still have the regular pools, and the operative word is "optional," so everyone will have their own choice.
Flynn, You've got to be kidding. I don't think so.
After reading Syd Kronish's article, I'm nostalgic about my childhood knickers and slippers and wish I could wear them again. Alas, the fashion police say no way for me.
