Hi All,
The Theater of the absurd which defines the Delegate Assembly meeting of July 11, 2008, MUST be seen by the entire Village. Why has it not appeared on Channel 63???
An indication of trouble "right here in River City" is hidden away on the CV Q & A; see the following exchange.

Channel 63 will not be able to replay the delegates meeting of Friday July 11 at this time. The tapes of the meeting have been retained and as soon as possible they will be on.
I would assume that no updating of features on channel 63 will occur for a few days. Channel 63 is also waiting for a certain broadcast part of the system to be returned from the factory as some features were lost went the item failed last month.

Retained by whom? I know that the first tape (1 1/2 hrs.) was retrieved by Howie Silver himself. The 2nd tape was left in the cam recorder and delivered by you to Pat Blunck for temporary storage. These tapes are official records. Larry, please assure us all that they are in "safe keeping".

So; Howie Silver whose written resignation is still to be produced apparently has taken an Official Record of UCO for the ostensible purpose of preventing it's publication.
This action taken, perhaps out of a sense of pure shame over his part in the July 11th. melt down.
Well Howie...know well, that your action, if deliberate is actionable in law.
Return the tape so that all of the CV Unit Owners can witness the debacle that you and King George made of the Delegate Assembly.
It was a first, and I hope a last to be inflicted upon our village.

Dave, Please read my response to Randy as regards the tapes on the Q & A. There was no attempt by anybody to destroy the tapes. I posted the original item on the Q & A as I know that there will be people who want to make updates to something on channel 63 and people normally can watch the delegate meeting replay for several days. At the time I made the original post on the Q & A and at this moment I do not know who, what or when about the operation the future operation of channel 63. My job with channel 63 has always been secondary and more to do with coordinating the operation with Comcast and checking the content to be sure it does not conflict with the terms of the community channel arrangement with Comcast which up to know it has not.
Frank Cornish and Security, please check Channel 63 room for the tapes, put them somewhere safer. I assume Howie has all the keys to Channel 63 storage, he did tell dozens of people he had resigned.
They should have had the endless equivocator run the filibuster.
Larry,
All of your diatribe is irrelevant.
There is but one question here; Where are the tapes???
As for the terms of the Community TV channel conflicting; know ye well that this channel has been run by UCO from day 1 in direct and egregious violation of FCC rules as regards allowing responses on air of opposing views.
This is but one of many issues to be addressed under the "Change is in the Air" philosophy.
So Larry you just keep on equivocating.

David, I did the best I could under the circumstances and I do not frankly like your accusations. I noticed that NO ONE else came forward to secure the camera and tapes. If you were so concerned where were you?
For your information Frank Cornish was in the vehicle with Pat when I gave Pat the camera and stand.
It is not my decision as to the future of channel 63 that is up to UCO.
