One Vote Per Unit

What happened to "One Vote Per Unit". It was Phil Shapkin’s project then Jackie Karlan. Both loud people but I have heard nothing, is it circling the bowl?

Phil & Jackie were overcome with BUS ANXIETY and became speechless on the issue.

Hi letitfly. Haven't seen you around these parts lately. Good to see you back. Might it be time to fly that famous crest again? We shall see....

On a serious note, and this explanation should have been provided to the Delegate Assembly when it was received from Rod Tennyson (at least a year and one half ago) that in order to have "one vote per unit" in elections, the Executive Board must become the Board of Directors. Rod's explanation for this was that this was necessary to maintain consistency with the 'corporate model'. I don't believe that the Delegates would permit this shift in power, and I expressed this opinion to the Administration. This issue has been dormant ever since, though a committee was formed to further explore this very complicated issue.
