Hi Mike,
Well, we have seen this one before;
It brings back memories of me and my Girlfriend in my 1950 ford with 56 coats of candy apple red paint,Chopped and Channeled with a big blower sticking out of the hood.
We went year after year to the Alan Freed Rock and Roll show at the New York Paramount theater and later at the Brooklyn Paramount theater. 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957
These guys were there, stirring the crowd to fever pitch.
The stamping of our feet set up reinforcing sympathetic waves in the balcony and threatened to collapse it; the NYFD cleared us out.
I know I will get an argument on this but here goes;
Fats and Ray are tops in their craft BUT JLL AKA "The Killer"
was the Sine-Qua-Non of Rock and Roll on the piano.
Just my opinion.
Dave Israel
Hi Dave , I agree, Killer be da man when it comes to rock and roll piano,
I agree with you both about JLL. That definitely gets my blood movin any hour, any day!
If that doesn't get you moving, nothing will.
Thanks Mike.

Then lets pipe it all over the village, how about reveille in the mornings too, line up for calisthenics. Sorry I got carried away. I used to have a neighbor who regularly played Halls of Montezuma at 3 am.
Halls of Montezuma at 3 am? HOLY COW!!!
