UCO Open Records

Per Richland in the Reporter, thx anon,"UCO must provide open records to its members" – If UCO records are open does that mean we can just sit and read or make a copy (paid for of course)?

Tell Corresponding Sec. A. Blank about that. When I asked to see lists of cmtes and members she kept them in a death grip, explaining that because they were typed (typewriter) and included phone numbers I could not see them, nor could she possibly cover the phone numbers, or make a xerox copy … There are probably cmtes that I do not even know exist. A good way to prevent volunteers.
