Mr Tudball & Mrs. Wiggins

I see the request for volunteers to take minutes for cmte mtgs in the UCO Reporter.
Easier way to take minutes:

Chairman hands pad and pencil to any cmte member and sez “Take minutes” (or to last member to arrive)
Cmte name, date, have visitors sign in and list attendees.
Robert’s Rules of Order states the minutes should record what was “done” at the meeting, not what was “said” by the members. In other words, the minutes should not be a narrative, but they should reflect the business that was conducted, and actions planned.
Proposal to adjourn, date of next mtg if possible, signature of minute taker.
Thank you Mrs. Wiggins.

This could be a way to get on any cmte you desire.
