Medics Ambulance provides the following Wheelchair Service for the residents of Century Village.
- Fully staffed and trained Wheelchair Van and driver
- Resident must provide own wheelchair
- Operating Hours Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm
- Pick up and drop off must be within Palm Beach County
- Service is intended to for use by residents with medical infirmaries and shall not be us as a private taxi service
- Service may only be used for transport to and from nursing homes, hospitals, medical rehabilitation centers, general practitioners or primary care physicians and scan center
- Residence must schedule transportation a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- Appointments are made on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability
- Transport service only and does not provide any medical attention during transport
