Chain of command

Should the President of any Organization be unavailable, for any length
of time, whether it be a day, week, or month..the duties are assumed
by the Vice President until the President is once more able to resume
their position, or choose to resign, in which case a special election would
follow. That is the typical route....however, we here, at UCO, have
4 VP's, 2 elected every other year..and from what I've heard, all have
equal standing. Does seniority not mean a thing, and is UCO exempt
from the universal practice of having a Vice President step in at such
time, or can the President appoint a Secretary, Treasurer etc., to
fill the role?
Appreciate your input....Thank you...

Hi BettyL
10/29/2008 11:13:00 PM,

The UCO Bylaws seem to cover the situations you query;

SEE: Article VI Section C, extracted below:

C. Any vacancy of an elected office occurring
before the expiration of a term shall be filled by
the President on an emergency basis. In the
event that the vacancy is in the Office of
President, such vacancy shall be filled by a
majority of the remaining Officers' Committee
Members. The filling of any vacancy in office
must be approved at the next meeting of the
Delegate Assembly at which a quorum is
present. In the alternative, an election by the
Delegate Assembly shall be held to fill the
vacancy. Such officer shall serve for the un-
expired term of the seat being filled.

tO bETTY l;

Why legitamatize UCO ? If you don't participate in their shenanigans, maybe they'll go away.

The only legal thing they got is Pat Blunck, licensed by the state, ( and a criminal) and Rod Tennyson ( who is Levy's lawyer) The rest are criminals.

Boomalow stole water from the unit owners to irrigate UCO property before the reclaimed water flowed. This caused the lake levels to drop and shoreline to need millions in repairs.

Boomalow is a criminal...or just stupid.

Lazar printed lies to terrorize the elderly to give millions to UCU/Levy.

Gladstone negotiated "generous settlements", ( read illegal) putting the insurance company out of business and causing the civilized associations who maintained their property a doubling of their premiums.

Dan Gladstone is a big time criminal.

Dot Loenstein did not maintain the bus benches when she ran the bus system. Someone could have been hurt or killed.

Dot lowenstein is criminally negligent.

TO JEFF KOONS............

Please, please, there has to be at least one honest government official in Palm Beach County that Levy hasn't paid off.

Help us, we can't afford UCO anymore.

To the delegates that have rubber-stamped all the votes at the delegate meetings for years without question; you are participating in racketeering.
You have to be base-line stupid not to know that UCO is the right arm of Levy.

So keep puckering up in the hope that something will fall off the table as a reward for your contribution to the illegalities.
