There are a growing number of our Unit Owners that cannot make ends meet. This is increasingly being reflected in failure to make monthly payments on time or at all. As this escalates, some Associations cannot pay their obligations. A special presentation has been arranged by Bob Marshall and UCO, which will be given by Law Firm Becker & Poliakoff on these and related issues such as foreclosure, as follows:
