Notice of Special Meetings

It would seem that all of the efforts being made to inform the Delegates has fallen on deaf ears.

1, Channel 63 displays all UCO meetings from 55 minutes past EVERY hour until 2 & 1/2 minutes past the new hour. So, for Example – 9:55 until 10:03 ALL UCO MEETING appear three times every hour & every day. This eliminates the Soooo very long need to watch the entire presentation. This should allow everyone to remain informed. However:
2, UCO stated that both @ the current UCO office and @ the Clubhouse (near the party room) ARE Bulletin Boards they place all meeting notices on as well. And lastly, but alas not least:
3, There is on the desk of the Guard Station @ the clubhouse entrance, for all see, a clear list of ALL UCO meetings as well.

Finally, delegates must make certain their E – Mail address has been given to the UCO office. If they did not receive an E-Mail of this meeting - inform UCO so the process will improve, this part has only recently begun.

Thanks you all for reading this and all of the your efforts to make constructive criticisms, UCO is listening!

Appreciate the efforts, but some people failed to watch Ch63 every 2days and so missed the short notice EMERGENCY mtg. info.
Anything that is an EMERGENCY should get some extra effort, like its own repeated slide, not tucked into regular UCO mtg list, isn't that what the crawl was for.
Does UCO have a list of all the emails given in, not just delegates. They have received mine at least twice.

Print fliers and have them put on each bulletin board.

All great contributions also the
the (4) VP's work with the association members who are elected
and have meetings to open up communications if possible, on agenda's etc. etc. those here year
round , the VP's call (2) or more they inturn call (2) or more then the notice goes to the bulletin board at the mail boxes and then and only then it's up of cause to
the resident.s to respond?????
Best wishes to All and yes count our blessings and be thankful

Agree with Giacomo...the details
to be worked out, starting with the
4 VP's contacting, a key person,
in one of the Salisbury's, Camden's
etc., who in turn would contact 2
or more presidents, of the F,G,H,
etc., Associations, until each was
notified, who in turn would be responsible for posting/notifying
the residents, of their respective
bldgs.. It can be done,rather
easily, if all of the respective
associations, would come together
under an "Umbrella" or "Federation"
such as the Chatham's and probably
several others have.

How about eliminating UCO and have a LCAM with a staff of two handle all this.

Anoyumous, I admit being here now for (7) years on a partial basis,
but no matter what UCO officers
were in authority they were and are being maligned by tongue or print, the truly only fault I hear and see is who and what we are at this period of our Lives, you could be right to turn the multi $$$, over to a management team to work for CV. Maybe even though I see and hear many talented people in the village, and no mistake we have them, the only deficiency is
our structure of a complete business, 9-5, total responsibilty
of this massive complex. It at times does translate into a partime and voluteer organization.
To me this is how I see it or let me say It is what It is!!!!!!!!!!
I use MY grandfathers first name often because for the few years I knew him He proved time and again
he truly was a great Man, and also I am not smarter than a
FIFTH GRADER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
