The last post stated why was John not mention? Please don't rely only thru this blog the one's here who participate and use these services can give a positive vote of workmanship and thru this media communicate same. That is why what Tom stated about an evaluation of contracters would be welcomed in this Village, so we can have a pool of bonified people we can use when it is needed is it to much to ask? no not if it benefits all. Will those on UCO boards include it in a resolution?

Remember UCO is a volunteer organization and you are paying them ZERO !!!!!
I might add to this that there is a folder called "Vendors" in the UCO Office. That folder contains both kudos to various vendors and also vendors that residents give thumbs down to.
Anoymous it at times gets annoying to hear volunteers if there are
and a job has to be done for the good of all then do it? it's not complicated, if we are to go forward. UCO is a complex entity with a $$$$ budget if things have to be allocated and delegated than with approval so be it? As for the book in the office those seeking info have an outlet to make a decision on who to use if needed?
The UCO structure yes is set up that many good people help out however when I hear that famous saying when confronted we are volunteers that gets tiring is it easy at times no, are you praised for your work no,do you say to oneself why don't you do it yes , are there days that it may get overwhelming yes,you do it because for whatever reason so do the best and their are many that I observe

Familiarize yorself with all the in and outs and the "legalities" of UCO; the in and outs and the legalities of WPRF; the ins and outs and the legalities of your own association; the applicable State Laws. Then, hopefully, you will be posting more informed opinions.
Anoymous has you have written before and now you write that the entities of UCO, WPRF,that they have Legalities? you have let others to believe they are no other then a dog and pony show, which I think they are not, they have bylaws and regulation that must be follow if not the officers have to be taken to task. We all know that for UCO to be a forminal Business it has to be run by a Professonal Team Full time so when we look at the canals ALL THE DUCKS ARE IN ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO all the Residents exspect Dodiligence from our organization that has a multi million dollar budget yes,do we exspect
professionalism from each person there yes, I for one should not have to look at documents to see if these entities are doing the job , where is the check and balance ? you ,me? ACCOUNTABILITY
is from those OFFICERS who were elected by the majority who voted at the time! Just a caution those who may be buying in the future
here the babyboomers will not be has kind or kinder to the percieved problems that could be corrected so very easy,that generation has a brazen to it if you know what I mean?
