Does anyone know what value UCO has placed on 3 bldg. 24 unit Assoc. for Insurance replacement value and deductible purposes is ?

He has all of the numbers, just give him the name of your Association.
By the way, Each Association should have a copy of their policy.

Good luck getting a policy out of UCO The last time I asked I was almost thrown out of the UCO office.
By the way, STATE LAW REQUIRES an association to have an insurance policy as part of it's documents.
SEE STATE LAW 718.111 (12) Official Records..8. All current insurance policies of the association....
