Canal/Lake Water Level

Thursday morning is one of the mornings that we get our lawn watered.
The sprinklers did not come on.
-
I saw Scott from Seacrest during the day and he told me the water level is too low.
-
My condo is at the north west side near the intake water pipe. There are other areas in the village that have the same problem.
-
We have had this problem before but never since we are getting the reclaimed water.
-
He said that they have to dredge the canal.
-
That is what I suggested to Bumolo when I called him this summer as the canal was clogged from the pipe bursting near the footbridge.
-
He was not interested in what I had to say.
-
I also mentioned the same thing to Pat Blunk at the opening of the new office. He said they were working on it. Nothing happened.
-
What will it take to light a fire under these people?

Sal needs to be voted out, if he's not already on his way now.

UCO President said...

Hi Grace,
9:05 AM on Feb 13, 2009,

Due to the structure of our UCO leadership;

It will take at least two Elections to sweep away "those who are not interested" in anything except perceived power of the Office, and only if it is the will of the Electorate.

Think about the last three years when you vote in March.

Do you want people in office who:

1) Launch caseless law suits.

2) Get sued for unlawfully rejecting handicapped persons for Ownership and Occupancy

3) Do away with legal support for our Documents Update Procedure.

4)Seeking to do away with legal support, in defensing of valid rejection of an applicant by the Association.

5) Circumvent generally accepted procedures for selecting a vendor for our million dollar Security contract by selecting a sole-source company rather than interviewing at least three companies.

6) Allow our busses to idle for excessive periods of time, and spending thousands of our dollars yearly and polluting the atmosphere.

7)Spend thousands of dollars to build a special parking area for a mobile postal service vehicle without nailing down a long term commitment from the Postal Service.

Well there is more, but I think the point is made!!

See you all at the Polling place in March.

Where exactly are the pipes that withdraw irrigation water from the lakes? On Lincoln Street the new sod and oak trees are dying. Although every tree has a water tube I have never seen moisture around them. February is, on average, the driest month in WPB.
