Curious.

Why do all of our irrigation pumps suddenly have meters on them ????

Could it be the owner of the lakes and ditches, Benenson, has plans to charge the Associations for recycled County water stored in Beneson's lakes and ditches ???

Those whom UCO wishes to destroy, they first make mad. And ruin our landscaping. Methinks they are affecting anonymous as well.

Levy-Beneson-WPRF, whatever you want to call them do not own or upkeep our lakes and canals. We have had that pleasure since 1999 (The Millenium Agreement).

Dear Plcruise,

See the County's property appraisal web site, PAPA.

For owner, punch in Benenson.

Click on the parcels that do not have an adddress; look at the description; you will find it says rivers/lakes.

Plcruise, you are partially correct. We only have the privilege of paying for the maintenance and upkeep of the WATER.

Please inform yourself correctly.

To Benny Son,

This anonymous is only posting valuable information.

However, you are correct in your assumption of how UCO works.

Remember, even UCO can't hide the truth.

Anon 10:25am: Don't continue to confuse folks: we CV condo owners, own, control, maintain and are responsible for the lakes and canals, NOT anyone else.

Exhibit B of the Millennium UCO Amendment to Long Term Lease does not constitute a deed to the property in question. It is authorizing UCO to maintain the water system, and the cost is to be a common expense of the Association.

I have to agree with anonymous. Therefore, you are the one who is confusing the unit owners. If you can't comprehend Exhibit B, take it to your attorney for an explanation.

Rosa: We own them. Check with your lawyer. Can we get past this issue and worry about the repairs??

WE go back and forth on certain issues, days, weeks months, and the officers of UCO, don't comment or participate we are getting no solutions to each and every matter, if the Q&A on the UCO format can be used by those who are intrusted to ans. these continuing situations we should use that forumn shouln't we?
We have members asigned to the infrastructer, let the VP's get the
info to the concerns and set up meetings or post, we can't converse among ourselves for a solution if there is any? If Sal is the head of this committe he must adress it to all Owners in whtatever forumn? This one CVblogandchat gives out great info
on topics, and to be positive I think Dave will become a VP, and I am positive Communications will be Transparent, because he may be a VP for A Quantrant in CV, but
know he will be a Voice for ALL!
I haven't written lately because of the atmosphere in the writings
to each other , we are better then this,we can show emotions without using our print as a sword, we lose more in our battles from resturations, computer room access
we are made up of association 309?
clubs that at times segragate and separate us from Unity, just think if we CO-op, in our buying of Goods
we challenge UCO, WPRF, CABLE COs.
when it comes to ourselves we ??
pledge we would buy fruits and vegtables here if they were to be planted, a small bakery for our breads our staples of life could it be done? can we ask? we support others but not OURSELVES, sorry to have written so much but this is what has been bothering me.
BEST to ALL**********************

Re: property ownership

please see archives dated August 26, 2009 "Water Craft Removal"

Anita Cruz cannot remove boats from property she does not own.

Perhaps this will help you figure out who owns the lakes and ditches

Let's all show up at the Executive meeting tomorrow at 1.00 p.m. in Room b of the Main Clubhouse to express our concers and lack of commitments and communication from UCO. We have pumped about 100,000 gallons sinc saturday. It's a disgrace and if we are loosing three more inches of water the Wellington lagoons and lakes will be isolated from the rest of the lakes. Then we will really be living around a swamp. Elaine pictures shows all how UCO cares about our property. Andre

Thank you for the pictures, Elaine. I got your mail but cannot access mine to read it. Thank you for the pictures. There has been NO pumping since Thursday as far as I can see. I have not been out yet this morning so if we are lucky the pumping may be in progress. I left a message for Sol on Friday and was quite clear in my message about no pumping into the canal. He left me a message saying all was well and working fine. HE IS TOTALLY OUT TO LUNCH as most of the committee people are. Everyone must go to the Irrigation meeting on the 10th.

I spoke with Sol yesterday and he told me we are getting all the water that the county allows. We get it about 4 days a week he told me.
