One Vote per Unit

Has this committee been eliminated or is it on hiatus? In theory it appears to be
democratic, but that is where it ends! Several residents own multiple units, some in
the same associations, where they reside, others throughout the village. Do you have
an opinion as to whether they should or should not be permitted to vote more than
once? It would be interesting to know what the other bloggers think
...

About four or so months ago the Delegate Assembly voted down a motion regarding funding any further legal assistance in this one vote per unit venture. For all intent and purposes this ad hoc committee is in a comatose state only because it has not as of yet been officially pronounced dead.

There were arguments for and against one vote per unit at that assembly. Frankly I was surprised to see the vote on continuing funding so strong against it.

Could we possibly believe that Association Presidents know "best?" That's how George Lowentstein got in office.

Other loose ends on the Blog:
1. What happened to the raccoon deposit problem at Greenbrier?
2. Seacrest finally responded to me after 3 weekly sequential Monday phone calls. Ta Dah!
3. Muddy talc water from shore repair is now flowing thru irrigation lines and decorating cars in Northampton and Sussex, lovely.

I recall the defeat of the motion, which was "To Explore etc" presented by the then chair...What
was left for exploration? The research was done by previous chairs and their committee, which
was overlooked? when this last committee took charge. A ship of fools!
